By accessing our website and purchasing our digital assets (including SVGs, SVGA animations, PNGs, and JPGs), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Digital Asset Licenses
When you purchase an icon or animation from IconVerse, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the asset. Under this license, you may:
- Use the asset in personal and commercial projects.
- Modify the asset to suit your needs (e.g., change colors, sizes, or shapes).
- Include the asset in end products for sale (such as templates, apps, or websites).
3. Restrictions
You are strictly prohibited from doing the following with our assets:
- Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the original assets as standalone files.
- Including the assets in an icon pack or graphic resource for download.
- Claiming ownership or authorship of the original design.
4. Payments and Refunds
All prices are listed in USD. Since our products are digital and immediately downloadable, we generally do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed. However, if you experience technical issues downloading your asset, please contact our support team.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
